Whew! Participated in CAC camp last week and gosh, it was even more tiring than Engin Camp la! Maybe it was because us councillors had dual roles to fulfil as we were made to be station ICs too unlike during Engin Camp, where the camp committee literally did everything for us. Waking up earlier to set up the stations and running around the place emphasing the importance of safety to the campers is no easy task indeed. Respect to the Engin Camp committee for being able to undertake such a task for the whole four days of the camp. Ah and yes there was also "cultural night", where our acting skills were put to the test and our endurance level pushed to the max. Imagine saying the same things over and over again for over 4 hours! Gosh =.=.... Still, there's this slight amount of satisfaction, as sadistic as it may sound, derived from erm "educating" the campers as they underwent our stations.

Anyway its refreshing to be able to experience a camp that is conducted very differently from ours. Although the camp was very exhausting physically, I still had a tremendously fun time bonding with my OG (Chicken Little!) and doing silly things together with them. I think our OG really stood out from the rest with all the "TONG KA"-ing we did throughout the 4 days. Granted, our OG probably wasn't as enthusiastic as other OGs, but well, we were still unique in our own ways and were having our own kind of fun. Yep, I'm proud of you guys Chicken Little, especially when you all performed your dance during the last night. Was really moved by the amount of effort you all placed in it! And really I'm being honest with you all when I said it looked really cool. And not forgetting the souvenirs you got for us and the unexpected lunch treat at Botak Jones, which really caught me off guard. I'm just impressed beyond words by all that gratitude you've shown towards us~ =)

Pity I don't have any photos to show at the moment. Just thought I'll blog down my feelings about the camp first before I forget about them. Guess I'll post the photos another time. Till then....TONG KA!!!!
